Skyfall
is a 30" plush reindeer
in tones of gold, beige, dark brown and white.
He has a dark brown hand-embroidered nose,
a lightly shaved muzzle with air brushing
and deep set eyes with dark brown fur
around the top and white fur below.
He has white inner ears and brown antlers and a bob tail.
He has
dark brown sculpted fore paw pads.
He is 5-way jointed, but with his flat rear paws
he is designed to stand.
Skyfall is wearing a dark brown and white neck scarf
accented with a large antiqued bell.
Designed by Korean bear artist Isabelle Lee.
Skyfall is from a Limited Edition
of only 1,000 pieces world-wide.
A Note from Charlie:
Our Bigger Bear character series was almost complete
but choosing the last pieces would prove more difficult
than we thought here at the Bearhouse.
There are so many characters that we would like
to include in this series that we needed to
really make sure we had the right ones.
We wanted to include characters
that we have not really
made many of before
and we have only ever created the smallest of reindeer
(which we knew was immensely popular with our collectors)
so we decided to create a truly magical Christmas piece.
We used a variety of plushes to help create
the detail we wanted to include in this piece.
He needed hooves and a gorgeous face,
wise, deep eyes and a graceful smile.
Perfectly placed ears so we could ensure
we still had room for a magnificent pair of antlers.
I am sure that Skyfall will be to lots of our collectors
"just their cup of tea" and to even more
"just their cup of tea with two sugars!!"
