She has a light brown hand-embroidered nose,
shaved muzzle with air-brushing, white felt under her eyes
and off-white sculpted paw pads
with Charlie Bears' signature "tickly toes".
She is a "giggler", with an open mouth.
She is 5-way jointed.
Chortle wears a turquoise blue and gold collar
with an antiqued blue bell.
Designed by Korean bear artist Isabelle Lee.
